• Among confirmed offers for the same flight, order is cheapest total first, then ascending price.
• Equal price may break ties by handoff executability and offer validity — never by commission, affiliate status, or commercial partnership.
• Sayyad does not claim complete market coverage of every airline, OTA, or fare.
• Partners that did not respond, lack keys, or are disabled / deferred are not presented as active confirmed producers.
