What Sayyad can and cannot do

This page states evidence-backed capabilities only. It is not marketing. Sayyad is a travel metasearch: we compare partner offers and hand you off to partners for booking. We do not issue tickets and we do not process booking payments.

For travelers: Search and compare on Sayyad. Confirmed prices appear when verification succeeds. Booking and payment happen on the partner site. Cabin and fare details may be incomplete for some sources — we do not invent them.

Metasearch model

  • Compare partner offers for flights (and hotels when inventory is available).
  • No ticket issuance by Sayyad.
  • No payment processing for bookings by Sayyad.
  • Confirmed partner offers are shown when verification succeeds; prices and availability may still change with the partner after handoff.

Market identity

  • Primary target market: Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
  • Headquarters and initial operational base: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Broader global expansion is directional, not a claim of current worldwide retail coverage.

Cabin confirmation limits (honest partial)

  • Cabin class is shown as confirmed only when the data source provides matching cabin evidence for that offer.
  • For SerpAPI-sourced offers: cabin confirmation requires segment-level cabin proof matching your request (SEGMENT_CABIN_PROVEN). A booking token alone is not cabin proof.
  • For Travelpayouts: economy is currently trusted for confirmation (economy_confirmed). Business and first are not currently trusted (business_untrusted / first_untrusted). This is a trust classification, not a permanent claim that Travelpayouts supports economy only.
  • For FlightAPI: cabin trust remains UNKNOWN until proven with live evidence.
  • Premium economy is not offered in the current product UI.
  • Partner-site landing cabin or product identity after handoff is not independently proven by Sayyad.

Fare-family / branded fare product

  • Fare family and branded fare product identity are unknown when providers do not return reliable fare-family fields.
  • Sayyad does not invent fare families.
  • Optional display labels from a partner (when present) are not treated as a Sayyad-confirmed fare-product contract.

Current producer categories

  • Active when keyed and successful: SerpAPI (booking_options path) and Travelpayouts / Aviasales (economy trust).
  • Hotels inventory on the live path uses SerpAPI Google Hotels (discover/observe) — not a separate named inventory API partner.
  • Many seller brands (for example Gotogate, Expedia, Trip.com labels) may appear as partners/sellers via an active producer — that is not independent producer activation.
  • Future supply providers onboard through a generic admission contract — Sayyad does not assume named vendors before approval and credentials.

SerpAPI and Google Flights

  • SerpAPI may surface Google Flights booking_options inventory.
  • That is not evidence of a Google Flights partnership with Sayyad, and Sayyad is not a Google Flights partner.
