Sayyad is a Saudi meta-search platform for flights, hotels, and car rentals. We show partner prices and forward you to complete your booking on their sites.

• Account: name, email (when you sign up).
• Saved travelers (optional): name, phone, email, nationality, date of birth, gender, and optional passport details.
• Search data: past searches, saved destinations, favorites.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (for performance and fraud prevention).

• Run your account and save your searches and traveler list to speed up your next booking.
• Improve search results and partner ranking.
• Communicate with you about your account (price alerts, password reset).
• Comply with legal obligations.

Today: saved traveler data is not transmitted to any third party. When you click "Book", you are redirected to the partner's site (Booking, Etihad, etc.) and enter your details there.

Service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, analytics, email) may process limited technical data under strict data-processing agreements.

• Account and traveler data: kept as long as your account is active.
• Search data: up to 24 months.
• Upon account deletion, all your data is removed within 30 days.

• Access: export your data from the Saved Travelers page.
• Correction: edit any traveler at any time.
• Deletion: delete individual travelers or all your data.
• Withdraw consent: revoke consent to save traveler data anytime.

Your data is protected in transit (HTTPS) and by strict Row-Level Security (RLS) rules — no other user can access your data.
