"Sayyad" is an online platform that operates as a search engine to compare travel, hotel, and car rental offers. We do NOT provide travel or hospitality services directly, and we do NOT process any bookings or payments.

Once you pick an offer and click "Book", you'll be redirected directly to the service provider's website (airline, hotel, or travel agency). At that moment you enter a direct contractual relationship with the provider and are subject to their own policies for payment, cancellation, refund, and modification.

3. Accuracy of information

All prices and data shown on Sayyad are updated by our partners. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that this data is free of errors. All prices are subject to change based on provider updates.

4. Limitation of liability

Sayyad and its operators bear no legal or financial responsibility for:

• Any disputes between you and the service provider.
• Any financial or moral losses arising from cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled trips.
• Any errors in financial data or payments processed outside our platform.
