Data we collect

  • Account data you provide voluntarily: name, email, avatar (if any).
  • Search data: cities, dates, number of travelers and preferences (to deliver better results).
  • Anonymized technical data: device and browser type, in-site navigation, partner link click events.
  • Error logs to improve performance and fix issues.

Why we use your data

  • Display flight, hotel and car search results and redirect you to the partner for booking.
  • Personalize your language, currency and saved preferences.
  • Measure partner link performance and improve comparison quality.
  • Respond to your inquiries and support you when needed.

How we protect your data

  • All traffic between your browser and Sayyad is encrypted over HTTPS.
  • Our database uses row-level security so no user can access another user's data.
  • Sensitive keys and secrets live on the server and are never sent to the browser.
  • We never store your card or banking details — payment happens entirely at the partner.

Sharing with partners

  • When you click a partner offer (flight, hotel, car), you are redirected to the partner's official website to complete booking there.
  • We append an affiliate ID to the link so the partner can attribute the referral to Sayyad and pay us a commission.
  • We do not share your personal information (name, email, phone) with partners unless you enter it yourself on the partner's booking page.
  • Each partner is governed by its own privacy policy once you arrive on their website.

Cookies and analytics

  • We use browser localStorage to remember your preferred language and session.
  • We use lightweight analytics events to measure visitors and partner link performance.
  • We do not currently use any third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

  • The right to request a copy of the personal data we store about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate data.
  • The right to request permanent deletion of your account and data.
  • The right to object to processing for analytics purposes.
